I read your article titled,”AFSCs may be cut by more than half.” I am writing a paper on a similar subject and wanted to ask you a few questions. In this article you mention a study that is being conducted. Do you know if the study has been completed?

That had to be an article from some time back; I parted ways with AF Times in March 2007.
Point me to a link where you read it and I’ll see what I can remember.
